Same problem , problem is at Admin Page , all others pages works
Funny thing is, when i do get in and go to the Service Desk to submit a ticket, i get a run time error! Just hoping they are rolling out the Communication Site change to our tenant and that is causing an issue whilst it is rolled out :-)
Yes same issue here with multiple customers. Going directly to mail or sharepoint works. The admin page or directly through https://portal.office.com seems to loop.
