Privacy screen will not go away

Recently purchased/installed Office 365.  Most every time I try to open an app like Access, a screen pops up showing info about privacy.  There is no way to close the screen and the app underneath does not respond as long as the privacy screen is on.

How do I remove and stop the privacy screen from showing as I cannot get to any  data in the apps?  The only way to close the program is to go to Task Manager and close.  Thanks, Charlotte
