Printing

My printer has suddenly stopped printing my documents in colour - at least excel and word affected. It can photocopy things in colour so its not a problem with the ink. It seems to have happened in the last couple of weeks - possibly since Microsoft 365 came along ? Any suggestions for how to fix please?
