PPT background won't print-everything is checked

I can't get the background image in a ppt file to print.  Yes, I've gone into the advanced settings and made sure the print in background is checked.  Though, it doesn't look identical to the things I've seen on google.  Regardless, this happens frequently with different files and I need to figure out a solution.  Thanks!
