Power BI - Administration Options

I need to be able to control the ability of our employees to to use the Power BI: File > Publish to web option, or at least monitor what they have published.

 

 

As the administrator of our Office 365 what controls do I have?

 

1 - Is there a way to remove this option for all or some employees?

2 - Is there a way to put any governance around the use of this option?

3 - Is there a way to monitor / manage what has been shared to the Internet?

    Paul, as for #1 - yes for all employees. In Power BI settings -> Admin Portal -> Tenant settings -> Publish to web = Off

      Thanks for the message but I can't find the setting.

       

      I'm in the Office 365 Admin Portal but I can't find Power BI anywhere. I assumed it would be under: Settings > Services and Add-Ons.

       

      Can you give me another nudge in the right direction please.
