Pivot Table without some columns.

I have an Excel PivotTable with six total columns for ratios, and three value selection columns for data analysis. Would it be possible to create a dynamic chart that uses only one total column and all existing value selection columns? When I create a dynamic chart and remove unnecessary total columns from it, it also deletes them in the original PivotTable!
