Password Reset option for users on Office 365
Hi, Ia there any way to reset user's password on Office 365 where Azure AD connect implemented and syncing password from On-premise AD to Office 365 ? Please Suggest. Thanks
You can reset it just fine. But, the next time the user changes his password on-premises, or a Full password sync is run, the password you set in O365 will be overwritten.
I know that, that's why looking for options / work arounds , if any ?

From what I understand if you don't have Password Writeback and the required Azure AD Premium subscriptions then you cannot manage user credentials from Office 365 as they will be overwritten by the Directory Synchronization.
What exactly are you trying to achieve?
