Password Protected attachment or un-scannabled attachment

Would like to know how EOP or O365 ATP deal with Password Protected attachment or un-scannabled attachment. Will Anti-malware or Safe Attachment policy pass those emails on to recipient or we can customise the action (such as move it to Quarantine) to those kind of emails?
