Password expiration out of the box notification - not powershell
Carlos Gomez you are correct that this does not send an email. However, it does provide the user with a prompt in O365 based on what you configure in those settings. I have tested this out, it will notify the user 14 days before the expiration.

Is the same article posted before and as I mentioned we are looking that sends an email notification to users before their password has expired. The solution mentioned on the link needs to have the user sing in to O365 and its password already expired.

The user in order to see the notification has to be signed in on O365, unfortunately not all of our users are constantly signed in or watching at the O365 portal.
That's why we want to sent an email notification to them when thier password is near to expire.
And yes my fault, there is no need to have the password expired to see the notification, even do this is not enough for us.

In fact we already use a powershell script on our side, I just wanted to confirm if the were not anything OOTB and no plans on the near future from Microsoft to provide such capability without the need of PW.
