Overall M365 Azure settings

Hi

Im sure there is a portal/admin centre that contains all of this information, but I cant find it.  Im looking for something that could tell me the entire set up for our Azure M365 platform.  E.,g all the settings that are on/off/disabled.  Is there such a thing.  A basic overview of what settings we have in use?  Thanks
