Outlook won't shut down

Outlook won't shut down.

Here are two screenshots taken 6 hours apart :-

It synchronises everything else, but not these two - whose identities are kept hidden !.

The "normal" Outlook window is frozen; immune even to "Windows key M".

The only way out is to go into Task Manager [Ctrl Alt Del] and kill the process, or to shut down the computer.

So I guess those two accounts are NOT synced with the Server, nor have been these last few weeks ? 

I don't understand . . .
