Outlook WebClient "Send E-Mail as new" or equivalent

The Outlook-Webclient lost this feature from the desktop version.

Is it hidden or is there a plan to reimplement it in a future version?

The idea is th have a function to create a new mail with the recpipients and the content from a previously sent mail. It would be a great feature for the maintenance departement.
