Outlook: Suddenly all outgoing messages to anyone are marked as spam and blocked by exchange server
Suddenly as of this morning I cannot send any email to anyone without getting this: "message blocked, content identified as spam" Below is an example of trying to send a message with the subject...

If you don't know how to open a support case, chances are you are not allowed to anyway. Talk to your admin/IT Support staff.

I am a single user with a single O365 License. I have no admin other than the web interface the MS gives me, which is minimal, to say the least.

VasilMichev lol, Microsoft is my admin. I'm using outlook.com with a custom domain. They no longer offer this service but I had quite a few domains using it and so they allow us to continue using it.
Based on some Twitter post, we're not the only ones experiencing this problem today.
Perhaps someone at Microsoft will have a look.
