Outlook Settings

recently we upgraded office package on an user's machine from 2013 to OPP 1908

user had two outlook profile, personal one and a functional mailbox

user switched to the functional mailbox and enabled read and delivery receipts options 

then the settings were also applied to user's personal mailbox

please advise
