outlook mobile app does not send email

Hello, I purchased microsoft office 365 family pack.  On my desktop outlook is working fine. However the outlook mobile app does not send any emails. They all show up in the draft folder.

When I contacted the helpdesk they were not able to enter into Android system to see what is causing the problem.

This is a very bad thing. Microsoft promotes the mobile app but is not giving any technical service when a customer is having troubles.   (yes they offer a manual or telling me to look at youtube) But they really should be possible to log into my phone.  As I can not solve the problem myself who can?
