Outlook inbox not showing reply sign
My outlook does not show the reply sign uless I move email to another folder. This can be frustrating and allows for duplicate replies. Please see attached showing inbox replied email, then update ...
Does anyone know how to fix this on the new outlook? It does my absolute head in and I can't find the "Column" section from the below instruction:
View > View Settings > Columns.

Look at the screen shots below. In the ribbon in the Old Outlook version, you first select View in the ribbon then there's the "View Settings" on the left. It's not in Settings It's in the View then View Settings icon then the below pop up appears. From HeidiNor's instructions above, "select All Mail Fields shown in the second screen shot. Find the Icon option and add it. You can then move the Icon option up and down, so it appears where you want when looking at your inbox."
That doesn't fully explain why Reply spontaneously disappeared. I did find it in a tiny ⋮ menu so I haven't taken the time to investigate further. But I will keep your screen clips as reference.
