Outlook for Android/iOS apps

This would require altering the events that each phone app displays and separating them from the actual calendar on the account.
I would suggest creating a new calendar in the account, and only connecting the new calendar to the phone apps. You could then sync events based on parameters via Flow.
You could also publish the calendar as an HTML file, and allow editing.
