Outlook Email unable to came in

Hi All,

I have a user which his outlook is unable to receive incoming email, mailbox not full and his outlook is updated and no error prompt, able to send mail and schedule meeting. I have tried to disable the cache and email able to come in but unable to send schedule meeting, getting "The message store has reached its maximum size" His harddisk still have 17gb left though.

Methods I have tried

- Remove outlook profile and readd, work for few days only when the same issue came back.

- Disable the cache and email able to come in but unable to send schedule meeting, getting "The message store has reached its maximum size"

- Repair Microsoft office.

- Login in OWA and email all there.

* Office 365 E3

* Windows 7 64 Bits

Appreciate if anyone has his experience or knowledge can assist me on.

    How big is the OST file on the machine? The limit is 50GB, I believe - so you might need to configure Outlook to cache less.

    It caches 12 months of email by default - but you can change that - see https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/Work-offline-in-Outlook-f3a1251c-6dd5-4208-aef9-7c8c9522d633?ui=en-US&rs=en-GB&ad=GB

      Many thanks for reverting back.

      I have uncheck “use cached exchange mode” I am getting “The message store has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this message store, select some items that you no longer need, permanently delete them when booking a meeting room. Appreciate if anyone have this knowledge can assist me on.
