Outlook Automatic Journal

Hi Everyone,

I have a client that in older versions of Outlook he used the automatic journal feature which tracked documents opened in other Microsoft Office applications and Windows.

As per attached the feature isn't available in Outlook 2013 and 2016.

Is there something else he can use?
