SOMETIMES the purple 'replied' arrow shows up, sometimes it doesn't. The email is in the sent folder. Also, there is no sentence "You replied to this message on ....."
Please help, this is very important to me. I have just purchased Outlook 365.
- I think this might be by design.
As you are in the sent items, only messages you reply from your sent items will have that purple icon + notification. The icon+ notification is applied to the the message you are answering.
