Outlook 365

Hi All

i'm new to office 365 but something is driving me nuts. i know we get to much junk e-mail, but outlook is just not loading any. if i sign in outlook using a browser select outlook there are all the junk , but including some that are not junk. it's got to be in the settings somewhere but i am totally stumped.
