Outlook 365 Search showing only local results

I found something that worked for me when searching my tasks. I am working in Outlook Classic on the 365 ecosystem. I don't have a checkbox to improve my search results. Instead I went to options >> Search >> Indexing options >> Advanced >> Rebuild.
When I search now it resulted in a message saying "You may not be seeing all search results yet because we're still organizing some items. This process may take some time." Then there was a link to find more on server.
