Outlook 365 Problem with Imap mail server

My wife is having a problem with Outlook 365.  Her email is configured using IMAP.  When she does a send/receive it takes much longer that it should.  When we right click on a folder and choose IMAP ...

I've not seen that before, but I am wondering - If you have Outlook, why are you using IMAP?

    Outlook is my email client to access my Xfinity email.

      So to be clear, your wife does not have an Office 365 email account, just the Xfinity account?

      If so, and using IMAP, the storage file would be a PST file, not an OST file.
