Outlook 365 folders pane not showing sent mail OR inbox

This happened suddenly. No longer have all my folders showing in the collapsed folders pane. Like "Sent"; "Inbox" etc. I have tried removing those folders from favorites and re-adding them. Also tried to repair outlook. Also tried to re-install office 365. Googled to  no end, can't find any solution...

Right now it only shows "junk" and "flagged". Yesterday it also showed inbox, but it's gone again. If I expand the full pane it shows all folders.
