Outlook 365 don't show shared calendar

Good morning guys, we are using office 365 and one of our friend needs to share calendar, but when she does, the reciever can't read 'cause a calendar is displayed as a html format, it heppens when it was sent with outlook 365 or outlook 2010 or other e-mail client, only in her machine. The machine uses windows 10 pro
