Outlook 365 Crashes after last update
Hello:
This morning Outlook failed on startup. This is a new problem. I ran the outlook diagnostics and sent the output to the development center. Is there a way to completely purge Outlook and ALL the registry entries, plus all data on previous accounts and all email account settings? I don't want to touch any of my other Office 365 applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) I already tried reinstalling Office 365 (all Office apps) and it didn't work.
Thanks,

We're investigating whether a recently deployed update could be the source of this issue. As a workaround, users can utilize Outlook on the web or their mobile clients. Additional details can be found in the admin center under EX218604 and OL218603.
