Outlook - Add Sent Emails to Contacts / Distribution Group

I need to take all sent email addresses in Outlook and either add them to Outlook as contacts so that I can create a distribution group or export these into a CSV / Excel file - Can this be done in a batch ?

Or could MS work on this as a possible new feature for an upcoming version update ?
