Org Password expire

If I go to admin ->  org settings -> security -> Pass expire and change setting, it will, I assume, change that policy for everyone immediately...if I set the numbers of days to 120 and hit save, everyone in the org will have to reset at the same time...I can't seem to find a way to stagger this change over, say a week...is there some option that I'm missing
