Option for saving attachments to OneDrive in Outlook Web app is gone
I have recently noticed that while using the Outlook Webb app, the option for saving an attachment to OneDrive is gone. The only option that it gives me is download. I have not changed any settings or anything. has this happen to anyone else, if so how do I fix it back.
- Brian ZavalaCopper ContributorYes, we need this fixed asap. We have trained our employees to work with OneDrive the "Microsoft way" via the portal and now everything is broken. As an It professional, I understand how to work around this however for our employees it is as if someone just deleted all of their files. They try to attach a document to send and with One Drive gone they have nothing to attach.

I am facing same issue with my organization account, my admin says they have not changed any settings.
the problem is:
integration between outlook webapp and onedrive is gone
1) there is no option now to save attachment directly to onedrive
2) and so, no option to attach file from onedrive
3) and outlook webapp does not show all the apps when clicking the top left icon
all of the three were working perfectly earlier.
Think you posted the same on TechNet, right? Do you see ODFB listed under OWA -> Options -> Mail -> Attachments? You should see 2 menu items there, Attachment Preferences and Storage Accounts. If they are not available, try a Private session. If that doesnt work too, try composing a new message and inserting attachment from OneDrive, and/or doing the same from any Office 365 Group you have added. It should hopefully "refresh" the settings.
- It might be a temporal issue due to the last incidents happening in Exchange Online service. Anyway, I have just done a quick test in one of my tenants and I have the possibility to save attachments to OneDrive in OWA
