Only Outlook have new UI icons
I've read that Microsoft is pushing out updates to Office that alter the look. I've seen both the icon updates and the mini ribbon. I just ran updates on my machine and now am seeing the new icons in Outlook. But none of the other Office applications have changed. I'm wondering why Outlook would get these but nothing else and if this is "normal".

On my PC UI updated in Outlook, Word and Excel. Haven't checked PowerPoint. But i've seen variants where only Outlook changes and other apps not. Not sure why. We are all on standard release, monthly channel. Although i don't see mini ribbon yet.
