Online PowerPoint & SonicWall TZ-215
Hello - newbie here - I use the online versions of Office 365's Office apps including Word, Excel & PowerPoint at our school. We have a SonicWall TZ-215 as well. The online versions of Word & Excel work flawlessly inside the network. PowerPoint takes me to a blank white page when creating a new presentation whether it's coming in PPT or from OneDrive inside the network. Outside of the network PPT works as expected. I hope that someone out there has had a similar problem and can help me. I did get advice from Microsoft that included endpoints, but I feel there must be a simple fix. Any ideas would be coveted. Thanks for letting me become a member!

Hi Jim,
Hope you are well. As the applications are working outside the network then its likely sonic wall which is preventing them working as required. We see the same thing with proxies such as squid and Microsoft addressed this in the following article

Microsoft will likely ask you to add these in a bypass rule. That should fix the issue.
