Online course - how to create in o365?

Hey

I want to create online courses for my staff.

How can i best create this in office365?

Im thinking of ideas of using Teams for education and create a class and create assignments for the staff.

Or im thinking about using Forms.

I would like to create courses on many different topics, from using o365 features to using processes in our line of work. Best is if the staff can take these courses anytime they want.

Any tips?
