ONENOTE: Options to make "page-width view" easier to use?

I have been trying to use the page-width view in OneNote.  However, it is turning into its own job.

Every time I switch between notebooks, sections, and pages, I am forced to reset the page view to "Page Width".  This entails navigating to the "Views" tab and selecting "Page Width".  This seems unnecessarily burdensome.  

There are two, straight-forward use-case options that I think would be handled by the product team.

1. The ability to set "Page Width" as the default view across the application.

2. Ability to add "Page Width View" shortcut to the command ribbon.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish either or something similar?
