OneNote online web app pictures disappearing

Hi community Using OneNote web / online app only Have noticed pictures are disappearing (just blank on Chrome/Edge) On the ipad they appear as a "white image with a red [X] in the centre" How do ...

Since the case applied in app as well, so isolate the problem not related to browser cache only, how about Re-upload the images and use another device by same account?
