Onenote cannot search for handwriting
I have a problem where my Microsoft OneNote cannot search for ink/handwriting, though it used to be searchable. It can search for text but not handwritten notes. My friend who just downloaded OneNote...
OneNote handwriting search relies on the Windows Search index and the ink recognition engine. Recent builds of OneNote for Windows 11 (including 25H2) have introduced regressions in which new handwriting is not indexed, even if older ink remains searchable. You may consider rebuilding the Windows Search Index if the above reuirment meet.
