OneNote breaks if I move it onto an external display

I've had this issue for ages, and nothing would fix it. The scaling change worked one time then not again. Th only thing that has stuck is clearing the temp cache. In the AppData/Local/Microsoft/OneNote/16.0 folder rename cache to cache_old and it will rebuild it on restart. So far that started it working properly again, the issue hasn't reoccurred.
