OneDrive not syncing

A quick way to resume OneDrive sync is by clicking the OneDrive icon in the bottom taskbar, then selecting Settings and choosing Pause Syncing. You can select any duration option. Once you see the pause icon on OneDrive, go back to Settings and select Resume Syncing.
This will prompt OneDrive to start syncing any pending files that need to be updated.

Honestly, Microsoft’s cloud products continue to disappoint when it comes to syncing reliability—whether it's OneNote, OneDrive, or Outlook. It’s frustrating, and at this point, Microsoft really needs to take responsibility and deliver meaningful improvements.
