Onedrive folder structure

Is it possible for an administrator to create a folder (I will call it “clients” for demonstration) which everyone else has default access to (and if that folder would get automatically synced to everyones onedrive desktop app, it would be wonderful!) and that the subfolders of the “client” folder are also automatically synchronized to everyones onedrive desktop app BUT the content of the “client 1, client 2, etc folders would NOT be visible to everyone ?
