Office365 Business Center in mixed tenant
I have a mixed tenant with some E3 and some Business Premium licenses. One global administrator account for each license. Neither GA can see the Business Center. The tenant was originally set up as E3, so I am wondering if this is expected bahviour or a issue I should be reporting. Any advice/suggestions welcome.

- I think is just not a question of the license type per user...both administrators, IMHO, should see the business center
