I know i have seen clients have to enter in their credentials twice, once when it boots up, and once when it signs into O365, but if they check remember password, that was it.
So the worst I have seen when stuff is working is two prompts, so its 100% manageable regardless.

Is that just after the mailbox migration or each subsequent logon? Also sounds like they will get prompted again after a password change?
