As far as cache mode, I would advise against using the all option in most cases. First, with 100gb mailboxes there will be significant network traffic when setting up mail profiles. Also, I suspect it is going to be a rare occasion that someone urgently needs to get to a mail that is over 1 year old AND have no connection to the mail server.

I know i have seen clients have to enter in their credentials twice, once when it boots up, and once when it signs into O365, but if they check remember password, that was it.
So the worst I have seen when stuff is working is two prompts, so its 100% manageable regardless.

- Is that just after the mailbox migration or each subsequent logon? Also sounds like they will get prompted again after a password change?
