Office Message encryption - Encrypt icon is missing in Outlook

Anyone else noticed how the button "Encrypt" is missing in some Office Updates?

After changing the update channel to montly, we have seen some users where this button is missing. 

If you manually add it to the band, it is show with name, but no icon - See below. Its the field named "Kryptér", icon is missing.
