office app on ios

I really like using Office (formerly Lens) app to take quick images of a hard copy document. It is brilliant.

From there it is utterly confusing.

Where is that image, i see it in a folder called Media. Where does that live, just on my phone?

I try to Share it with standard iOS but Outlook is not on that menu and not able to be added. Isn't that a common use case, to share an image with email?

Am i missing something?
