Office activations pr. user with devices specified

Hi,

Is it possible to get a rapport over all users who have activated Office including the name of the device (Windows, Apple, Android device name)?

Regards

Robert

So the pre-built reports for Office365 pro plus activation do show

    • User
    • Product License
    • number of Computer activation by O/S type
      • Windows
      • Mac
    • numbers of Phones / Tablet activation by O/S type
      • Win10
      • iOS
      • Android

But unfortunately it doesn't show the device name

To get these reports above you can browse to:

    https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/reportsUsage/OfficeActivations

It is possible in the portal to see a particular user's office activation and the device names but you have to navigate to an individual user in the Active Users screen and click edit on the Office installs section - A guide can be found for this https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/odsupport/2015/06/22/office-365-proplus-user-activations-management/.

I know, but that´s quite a big job to do, if i wan´t to see all users.

I am 100% with you, its all good for small tenants, but once you get in to 1000's of users its a nightmare!!

There is a uservoice for updating the report here:

        https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/264636-general/suggestions/19748401-add-computer-name-to-reports-usage-office-acti

Please vote for it so it can be moved up their priority list.
