Office 365 to Microsoft 365 Family
I have an active subscription and did an update of Office 365 which became Microsoft 365 Family. After the update, I am unable to use any of the products as it tells me I have no subscription on my account. Please help.

Try the 'Virtual Agent' as it gives you recommended actions. If it doesn't help you sort this out I recommend that you reach out to Microsoft support https://support.microsoft.com/
