Office 365 tenant location

I'd talk to Microsoft about this as I suspect their terms of business differ from country to country.
- As far as I am aware the request period is closed for a tenant migration to another region so no more migrations are possible anymore.
The only way is to create a new tenant and choose the target region throughout the country. For example, if the country of the Tenant is set to Germany the tenant will be created in the Germany DCs.
