Office 365 Supplemental Management Pack v2

One of my colleagues (SCOM team)  downloaded and configured Office 365 Supplemental management pack v2 for testing. However, the dashboard does not give any information even after the tenant is configured. There is no alerts. It says there is no performance counter available for the O365 subscription.

Any Ideas or Suggestions.
