Office 365 Outlook Online
Some of our users are not getting the 'send later' option when using the Online Outlook. Does anyone have any ideas why? Been through pages and pages of internet searches but no joy. Compared user settings, no joy there either. Must be browser related?
Any help would be much appreciated.
techycj Hello John and PeterRising!
My best guess is that the rollout isn't completed yet.
"Outlook on the web is rolling out the ability to schedule emails to be sent at a later date and time.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 63665."
When this will happen
- The feature will start rolling out Targeted Release customers in early May.
- The rollout will be completed worldwide by the end of June

Great spot my friend, and very handy to know. I had lazily assumed that this was a long available feature that I just had never heard of (which still happens a lot)!
Great job as always!

PeterRising the user with the delay send option didn’t have an Office 365 apps faculty licence, only an A1 365 Apps for faculty licence.
The A1 365 Apps for faculty licence is the basic option (default)...
