office 365 multiple users access one account

I have office 365 E1 setup for my business. I have 10 employees. I want them to have access to emails and folders. Is there a solution to get this accomplished?

Office 365 licenses are per user, so if each user needs his own mailbox and OneDrive storage, you'll have to get 10 licenses.
