Office 365 license

Good evening, sorry for my english.

 

I have bought license for office 365 ma I,m not able to activate it because error is: maximum activation reached by your product key.

 

I don,t have additional activation, I have just one notebook and one account. 

 

I'm not able to contact anyone.

    milpitas have you tried going to https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#home? Click "Apps and devices. Click "DEVICES", you will see how many times it has been installed and sign it out of any device you don't wish to use any more.
